As a Client Benefits Consultant, you will play a key role in helping families protect their loved ones and plan for a secure future. You’ll have the opportunity to educate clients on the importance of life insurance and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
What You’ll Do:- Consult with Clients: Engage with prospective clients to understand their life insurance needs and goals. Provide expert advice and guide them toward the best coverage options.
- Offer Tailored Solutions: Recommend life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and final expense coverage, that are aligned with each client’s unique circumstances.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and helping them navigate their life insurance options.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Ensure client satisfaction by providing continued assistance, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their coverage is up-to-date.
- Sales & Performance Goals: Achieve monthly performance and sales targets by maintaining a proactive approach to lead generation and client follow-up.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex information in a simple, relatable way.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
- Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required—training will be provided!
- Goal-Oriented: Drive to meet and exceed sales goals, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently, set your own schedule, and take ownership of your success.
